Refund and Returns Policy for TavoAutocity

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with the return and refund process. 1. Return Eligibility

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase from TavoAutocity. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: All returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to you. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Items: The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. This means no wear or damage, and all original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been washed, altered, or used (other than simply trying on for size).

  • Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require proof of purchase. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email or invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or safety concerns. These items include (but are not limited to):

    • Lingerie
    • Swimwear
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Clearance or final sale products (as indicated in product description)

2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy, but we do require you to follow the outlined steps to ensure that your return is processed quickly and smoothly.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we have received your return request, we will review your case and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included on the return package to ensure we can track and process the return properly.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging if possible, ensuring that they are in new and unused condition. All original tags and labels should be attached to the product. If the packaging is damaged, please use a suitable replacement, but ensure the items are securely protected.

Please include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation within the return package.

Step 4: Ship the Item Back

Once your item is packed, please send it back to us at your own expense. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product, as TavoAutocity is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note: We advise purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items or higher-ticket products to prevent any issues in case the item is damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the returned item has been received.

Refund Process Timeline

  • After receiving your returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days regarding the status of your return.
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time. TavoAutocity is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Partial Refunds and Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This fee may be charged if the returned item is missing packaging, tags, or shows signs of use beyond what is considered normal for trying on.

If the returned item is in non-resalable condition (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged), we may refuse to issue a refund.

4. Exchanges

If you are seeking an exchange for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s). We currently do not offer direct exchanges through our website.

  • Issue a full refund for the defective or damaged item.

Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process. In some cases, we may request that the damaged product be returned to us.

6. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during special promotions are still eligible for return or refund as long as they meet the same conditions outlined above. However, please note that final sale items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page are excluded from this policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These products are clearly indicated on the product page and include:

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom embroidery or engraving)
  • Lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale products (as specified in the product description)

We will not accept returns or offer refunds for these items under any circumstances.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion and decide to return your item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
